パリから110㎞、シャンパーニュ地方の入り口にあるフェール城は13世紀にルイ6世の孫が建造し、現在は5星ホテルとして運営され、中世の遺跡と雄大なシャンパーニュの森が隣接している。 領主である親日家のリシャール・ビリア氏により「フェール城日仏協会」が設立され日仏両国の文化と精神を理解し合える文化交流の拠点とすべく現在着々とプロジェクトが進んでいる。
Located at 110km away from Paris, the entrance of the Champagne next to the ruins of the Middle Ages and majestic forest of Champagne is Chateau de Fere, a five-star hotel built by Louis VI’ s grandson in 13th century.
With the help of Seigneur Richard Bliah who established “la Foundation Franco-Japonaise du Chateau de Fere”, the project is in steady progress to foster the place as a base for cultural exchange between France and Japan for cultural and spiritual understandings.

距离巴黎110公里，位于香槟地区入口的弗雷城为路易六世的孙子于13世纪所建，现在则是被中世纪的遗迹与茂密的香槟地区森林所围绕的五星级酒店。 庄主理查德•贝利亚设立了旨在推进法日两国的文化与精神理解的“弗雷城法日协会”，本项目正依此宗旨在逐步推进。
